Financial Regulations and Enforcement

KDM provides consultancy services for banks, insurance companies, leasing, factoring and consumer finance companies in the areas vis-à-vis the interpretation and the enforcement of the regulations which they should comply.

a) Services for financial regulations: KDM aims to contribute to financial institutions in monitoring the regulations which have exceptionally dynamic structure, and in the interpretation of them based on the past implementations. In addition, KDM assumes the functions of designing viewpoints on regulatory drafts which supervisory bodies plan to implement, promoting such viewpoints in the public opinion and making research on international implementation of such regulatory drafts.

b) Services for problems driving from enforcement of regulations: KDM aims to produce solution proposals to financial institutions for their problems or possible problems with the supervisory bodies.by sharing its extensive knowledge and experience on the enforcement of regulations.
