Project Finance

KDM provides project finance consultancy to the companies for their investments.

In this framework, KDM:

  • Prepares feasibility reports, analyses technical, economical and financial aspects of the projects while considering incentive, foreign investment, environment and similar legislations, determines constraints and requirements,
  • Determines alternative proper financing models to carry out the project while considering sector, cash flow, collaterals and other factors and contemplating the feasibility study that is prepared,
  • Arranges domestic or international proper finance according to the model agreed upon with the project owner,
  • Seeks, if asked, domestic or international partners that might show interest to invest in the project,
  • Assists the negotiation process and concludes all operational procedures including the signing up of the agreements after financing is arranged or partners are found.
