Management Consultancy
KDM provides consultancy services to companies in the field of basic management needs, that are vital for a company to maintain its well-being, such as setting business strategies, setting methods for organizational structure and carrying out business, evaluating corporate status, analysis of decision and business processes, identifying managerial problems and developing solution offers, establishing internal control mechanisms, setting up company procedures when needed.
Management consultancy services provided by KDM is limited to the completion of the establishment of the company's corporate infrastructure and it is targeted that the company, to which management consultancy service is being provided, will be able to maintain its robust infrastructure.
The management consultancy service provided by KDM is composed of three stages:
- Determining strategies and priorities for the company: Analysis of the business principles and philosophy of the
organization, how the organization perceives itself, how the company provides services to markets, what the main products and services produced are, who the rivals are and their strategies, technology used by it and its rivals, and setting targets.
- Preparation of work plans: Preparation of a detailed plan that demonstrates the qualifications and targets of the entrepreneur; basic characteristics, legal structure and stake holders of the business; characteristics of the targeted market, sale and marketing strategies to be carried out to attract target audience; the processes to be implemented to produce products and services; technical systems of the company; administrative processes and organization structure needed to sustain the company; estimated production and sale plans of the company; and the company's financial projections and the profitability.
- Implementation: Implementing de facto application under the framework of the prepared work plan; revising the work plan with regard to the outcomes of the implementation; watching for the technical and administrative staff to see if they comply with the work plan or not and developing suggestions to compensate the problems that may arise during implementation phase; checking if the set targets are achieved or not.
